Doug founded Sales Effectiveness Partners Corporation in August 2002. Previously, Doug was a senior Partner with Accenture, the world’s largest management consulting firm. Doug was with Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting) for 18 years where he specialized in Customer Service and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions.

Manager - Customer Support: SalesCloser for the Internet - Laura Smith

Laura manages all of SalesCloser for the Internet customer support functions. She is available for tele-training and support as well as in-house Fast Track training. Laura has over 18 years of experience in the construction software industry. Since 1989 she has worked in all aspects of testing, training and support for accounting and CRM software.

Account Executive: SalesCloser for the Internet – Tracey Clark

Tracey is responsible for customer support and training for SalesCloser's customers utilizing the Sage Master BuilderTM accounting, integration. Tracey is also responsible for developing SalesCloser integration strategies with other third-party software products. Prior to joining SalesCloser, Tracey was employed by The Johns Hopkins University as a Systems Analyst. In this capacity she interacted with clients to develop requirements, determine problems, and resolve problems. Tracey also developed training curriculum and taught technical employee training classes.

EMarketing: Suzy Ducker

Suzy is responsible for the creation of direct email marketing and development of Sales Closer’s monthly enewsletter. Suzy was a Manager in  the Management and Information Resources Department at Northrup Aerospace (now Northrup Grumman). As a manager she was responsible for coordination of the capital assets and assigned expense budgets for the department as well as the operation of the Information Service Center. She started with Northrup as a Buyer of long term contracts specializing in software and IT hardware maintenance contracts.

Training, Implementation, and Consulting – Independent Solution Providers

SalesCloser is marketed and supported by a number of independent firms throughout the US and Canada. These firms have Solution Provider Agreements in place with SalesCloser and are paid commissions to sell SalesCloser products. In addition, many of these firms also provide SalesCloser training, implementation, and consulting services for a fee.
